Hot Air Ovens – General Description

Hot air ovens are widely used in medical industries to sterilize equipment and other material in laboratories.

  • Construction: Double-walled fabrication with inner chamber made of richly anodized aluminum or highly polished stainless-steel sheets.

  • Insulation: The space between the inner chamber and the outer wall is filled with high-grade mineral wool to minimize heat loss and attain quick and uniform heating.

  • Door: Double-walled door with synthetic rubber/fiber gasket.

  • Ventilation: Ventilation slides on two sides to control inner air/vapor circulation, fitted with beaded heating elements.

  • Heat Distribution: Beaded heating elements are placed in ribs at the bottom and sides for uniform heat distribution.

  • Power: Operates on 220/230 volts AC supply.


Hot Air Oven (OV-TH Series – Thermostatic Control)

  • Equipped with a thermostat for temperature control from +5°C ambient to 250°C ±2°C at 100°C.

  • Includes an L-type capillary thermometer.
